ACCESS CONTROL

The access control subsystem is designed to control access to restricted areas by means of automatic LP recognition. Besides, the subsystem calculates vehicles and automatically generates the «black» lists of vehicles violating the territory rules.

TRANSPORT MONITORING SUBSYSTEM

This software module tracks vehicles on their route from the moment of entrance to the moment of leaving. It controls the vehicle route, time of stay at the territory, identifies attraction points, time and place of parking.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SUBSYSTEM

This subsystem is multifunctional software system for processing video, captured by the peripheral equipment, to automatically manage road traffic, which operates based on the existing CCTV. This subsystem automatically recognizes incidents all along the control zone and captures the incidents.

TRANSPORT CONTROL SUBSYSTEM

This subsystem provides internal transport control and tracking of vehicles added to the black list or stolen cars.

PT MONITORING SUBSYSTEM

This software module controls PT traffic, monitors PT routes, distributes priority levels, calculates the time of stay in the control area, controls access of vehicles depending on the category (bus, taxi, etc.).

CHARGING STATION CONTROL SUBSYSTEM

This software module provides integration of third-party charging station control systems.

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SUBSYSTEM

This subsystem controls technical traffic management equipment both in normal operation mode and in case of accidents or congestion. The subsystem communicates with turnpikes, LED displays and VMS.

ROAD USER GUIDANCE SUBSYSTEM

The user guidance subsystem informs road users of changes in road situation, number of parking spaces, routes, access restriction. The subsystem collects data from other subsystem and informs road users by means of LED displays and VMS.

PARKING ENFORCEMENT SUBSYSTEM

The parking enforcement subsystem is designed to combine the parking enforcement systems into a unified system of data collection and processing. This software module is used to receive and processes data on paid parking lots, resident parking. Provides automatic access to restricted areas.

WEB INTERFACE

This is a flexible tool for online monitoring, access and control of all subsystems and equipment. It is based on OpenStreetMap, which helps to easily browse through the geoinfo map with control objects on it, with switching between the dynamic and static layers. There is reliable protection against unauthorized access with relevant rights and functionality.
